In the plastic soft packaging manufacturing industry, there is no size to adjust the pigment. In this paper, we start from five key points to solve the problem of color matching in plastic soft packaging.

1. By observing the color sample, pay attention to the substrate of the bag, and select the ink from the surface roughness and smooth reflection of the substrate. For example: ink packaging and printing on the bright and clean high reflective aluminum alloy plate or fruit can, select high-definition ink, will be conducive to further improve the smoothness of ink metal materials;

2. When selecting the ink needed for color mixing, try to reduce the mixing of too much ink. Try to use ink that is close to the standard color and made of a single color paste. The color of the bag is too much, and the color is worse. The more muted the color, the less likely it is to mix the natural color with the color. Therefore, when mixing colors, two can mix, not three, the lower the better.

3. Pay attention to the ink color. If the ink concentration value used is not high enough, no matter how to mix, it is impossible to achieve the standard color concentration value.

4. When white and black ink must be added, attention shall be paid to the added components and the accuracy of weighing. In all kinds of ink, the paint adhesion of printing ink is very strong. Adding too much will not only dilute the color of the solution, but also continue to hinder the reflection of the plate. As we all know, in order to ensure the shape of the printed matter, it is better to use a layer of white as the background picture for packaging and printing the unsmooth plates such as polyester and cardboard. Because of the strong coloring power of gray black ink, if you add too much carelessness, you must add a lot of other color ink to adjust the color, leading to luxury and waste. Therefore, attention should be paid.

5. When making light color ink for shielding bag, according to the light transmittance resolution of ink film, it is necessary to decide how much white ink to add or prepare ink (paint thinner). It is definitely not allowed to use organic solvent (paint thinner) for light color. Too much organic solvent will not only damage the packaging and printing characteristics, but also destroy the ink structure, resulting in the separation of melanin and epoxy resin oil. Appear setting or ink glossiness and chroma greatly reduced.
